What is the 30-minute check?
Half an hour with two of us, by video or phone, on weekdays. We ask questions about how decisions get made at your company. You do not need to prepare anything.
What do I get afterwards?
Within two working days you receive a single page: the agreements most at risk, and who should own them. You keep that page even if we go no further.
Do we have to start using new software?
No. We replace nothing and ask you to drop nothing. The AI tools you already use, such as Copilot or ChatGPT, give better answers because they finally know what applies at your company.
How much of our time does it take?
One internal coordinator keeps it alive, a few hours a week. That is a condition, not a preference: without an owner, decay wins.
Isn't this just a search engine or a chatbot on our documents?
No. Search finds documents, but your question is often about a decision that was never written down. We gather it from the people who know, have it confirmed, and record it with an owner, a date and a source.
Where is our data stored?
On European infrastructure, in an Amsterdam data centre. Every change is logged with who and when.
